Seat Belt Receiver & Retractor. (GM Model # 400, 42A65). We rate all of our items based on the following scale. (as per our opinion, please look at all pictures & make your own decision as everyone’s opinion varies; we do the best to describe as accurately as possible). Show quality, excellent, very good, good, fair, poor. The belts are in good condition and show some wear & could use a cleaning; there is some staining where the belt loops around the buckle. The receiver is in very good condition & has wear typical for it’s age such as light scratches; the receiver is fully functional as it should be & it buckles & unbuckles properly. The retractor functions properly. The plastic cover for the retractor has one minor crack (see up close pic). There is also a very tiny crack in the plastic on the one bolt. What you see in the pictures is what you get. All parts are untested unless otherwise stated in listing.
